Q: How long does the custom design process take?
From your first message to delivery, most custom pieces take 5–8 weeks. This includes 48 hours for our initial response, up to 2 rounds of design revisions, and 4–5 weeks of production. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.
Q: How much does a custom design cost?
Custom rings start from $500, and pricing varies based on metal type, stone selection, and design complexity. We'll always send you a detailed quote before any payment is made — no surprises.
Q: Can I use my own stone or an heirloom piece?
Absolutely. We love incorporating stones that already hold meaning for you. Simply let us know when you fill out the design form and we'll walk you through how to send your piece to us safely.
Q: How many design revisions do I get?
We work with you until the design feels right. Most customers are happy after 1–2 rounds of revisions, but we won't rush the process — this piece should be exactly what you envisioned.
Q: What metals are available for custom designs?
We work in 14k and 18k yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold. Not sure which is right for you? We're happy to advise during your consultation.
Q: Can I customize an existing A Gilded Leaf design instead of starting from scratch?
Yes! You can use any of our existing styles as a starting point and modify the stone, metal, band width, or other details. It's a great option if you love one of our designs but want to make it uniquely yours.
Q: Is my custom design eligible for returns or exchanges?
Because every custom piece is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, we work closely with you throughout the design process to make sure you're completely happy before production begins.
Q: Do you offer financing for custom designs?
