Our Process
Contact us to repair, resize or restore your jewelry with our services and prolong it’s lifespan.
01. Let us know what’s wrong
Fill out our Care Service Request form to let us know the type of service you need and the jewelry that needs caring. Send us photos of your piece so that we can do a proper evaluation.
02. Receive a tailored quote
Once we review your request, we will send you a confirmation email with a quote for what you need. If you’re happy with it, you can pay online and your service will be booked with our jewelers.
03. Send us your fine jewelry
Once your care service has been booked, it’s simple – you will receive a shipping label via email with detailed instructions on how to package your jewelry to send to us. Domestic shipping within the US is always free for all care services.
04. A little dose of TLC
Once we receive your piece, it’ll be passed over to our expert goldsmiths to repair, resize or restore. We’ll give it the attention it deserves and bring it back to life again.
05. Back to you, good as new
Your jewelry will be on its way back to you in just 1-2 weeks! We'll keep you updated every step of the way and let you know as soon as it's ready. Again, domestic shipping within the US is free.
